Sign up per Session now, but you also have the option at the end of registration to pay in monthly installments.
KidsArts! offers after school activities from 2:30-6pm Monday through Friday during the School year for children in grades K2-5. BPS transportation is available.
We offer a range of structured arts classes each day, from more traditional arts and crafts to multimedia and experimental art forms…inspired by cultures from across the globe! After-school classes are divided into 3 class sessions per school-year (each session is either 3 or 4 months long). At the end of each session, we have Performance/Exhibit Week, where children display their creations to friends and family. We also provide snack, opportunities for outdoor play, homework help, and a variety of cooperative indoor games and activities.
Daily Schedule
- 2:45pm-3:45pm:
- Drop-off Time: Students are met at the school bus stop, or welcomed at the door if dropped off privately, by KidsArts! staff.
- A healthy snack is served upon arrival .
- 3pm-4:15pm:
- Free time: offers children the opportunity to choose from a variety of less structured activities such as active games, reading, drawing and arts & crafts.
- Homework Time: children to use this time to work on their homework assignments with the supervision and help of a teacher.
- 4:15pm-4:45pm:
- Circle Time: provides a structured community time, helps students develop their own worldview, and offers time for group play.
- 4:45-5:45pm:
- Class Time: children receive fun but structured instruction in visual, musical, dance, performance, or craft arts. Children choose from 3 classes every day.
- 5:30-6pm:
- Clean-Up and Pick-Up Time
